 Advanced SVOP
(Small Vessel Operator Proficiency Course)

Transport Canada approved SVOP is required for all small commercial vessels (November 2009).

Ideal for whale watching skippers, police and fire
departments.

If your team is out at night or in the fog, then the
normal SVOP training may not reduce the risk of
collision or grounding.

Advanced SVOP includes all Transport Canada
approved course materials as well as specially
designed exercises and curriculum for high-speed
vessel skippers.

Advanced SVOP Electronic Navigation

Online and classroom radar and electronic
navigation instrument training is part of
the supercharged Advanced SVOP
course offered in Vancouver or Victoria BC.
